Happy Saturday Stampers.

I am so happy to be here with you today.  I have been in a stamping slump for quite some time now. That tends to make me NOT a happy stamper.  Well thanks to my friend Chris over at A Muse Studios and this weekly challenge I have been re energized.

I am glad to say that I have also narrowed down the design for my new 1 Phatchic logo so be on the lookout for that as well as plans for an etsy store and possibly a spot at the farmer's market next summer.

This week's inspiration comes from my friend Chris and my good friend Margaret that have inspired me to re invent myself as a stamper.  Thanks ladies  !!  So my card this week is a simple statement.  Hello. All the supplies can be purchased over at Chris' website.  If you click here it will take you right there.  I hope you enjoy.

Birthday Anything Goes Weekly Challenge

Good Afternoon!  Happy Saturday.  This week's inspiration came to me because July is a busy birthday month for me.  This July 19th my daughter will be 16 years old.  My father-in-law and mother-in-law, My nephew, My Uncle, and my birthmom all have birthdays as well. So since we have a village of family I decided to create this village birthday card.

I finally broke down and bought the Silhouettes PixScan Mat and my life is forever changed!  I stamped these cute buildings on a sugar piece of cardstock and the took a picture, downloaded it to my computer, selected Image to trace and they were cut out for me.  No more little scissors for me.  Do you see those little signs.  Anyone that has ever cut out the signs before can bear testament to the pain in the buttness (my new word).

As always you can purchase these wonderful products over at my friend Chris's website www.stampedblessings.com.

For the buildings color I used Water color pencils and a water brush pen.  The paper is one of the darling 6 x 6 paper packs from Amuse Studio. It's so easy to make this card especially when you have the Score Pal check out this wonderful tutorial on www.splitcoaststampers.com.   The greatest thing about this cute card is that it folds down so that you can place it in an envelope.
